John McGuirk is a PR, public affairs, and marketing consultant based in Dublin.
John has worked for clients from across the political and corporate spectrum, including several well known Irish politicians, Bank of Scotland Ireland, the Irish Auctioneers and Valuer’s Institute, Waterford Institute of Technology, and most recently Libertas, where he served as Director of Communications for both Lisbon referendum campaigns and the Irish country director for the European Parliament Election of 2009.
John has written articles on behalf of clients which have been published in papers including the Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, the Guardian, Daily Telegraph, and every major Irish newspaper.
John writes regularly on politics and current affairs in Ireland, the United States, the European Union, and the United Kingdom. This blog addresses cultural and political issues on both sides of the Atlantic from the perspective of a social, cultural, and fiscal conservative.
